Thank you for shopping with DORIOL Hats! We’re committed to getting your hat delivered quickly, safely, and affordably. Below you’ll find details on our shipping process, rates, and timelines.
Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 7–15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
During high-volume seasons (sales, holidays), please allow additional time for processing.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages:
Once an order leaves our warehouse, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier.
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you can’t locate your package, we recommend checking with neighbors or your local post office first.
If the issue isn’t resolved, email us — we’ll do our best to assist you.

Production & Processing Time:
Wholesale and custom orders require additional time compared to retail. Typical lead times are 15–35 business days, depending on order size, customization requirements, and seasonal demand. During peak seasons such as holidays or large events, production schedules may extend, but our team will keep you updated. Once production is complete, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Shipping Options:
We offer flexible logistics solutions including express delivery , air freight, and sea freight for larger shipments. Shipping costs are calculated based on order volume, weight, and delivery method. A detailed shipping quote will be provided during order confirmation.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments:
Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, responsibility transfers to the shipping provider. For large wholesale shipments, we strongly recommend choosing trackable and insured options. If you encounter delays or issues, please contact us immediately. A dedicated account manager will coordinate with the logistics partner to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
